Len Kwilos understands the dynamics of the ever-changing Atlanta real estate market. Fulfilling the real estate needs of his buyers, sellers and investors in Atlanta since 1992, he has been associated with Atlanta Intown Real Estate since its inaugural year 1996. In 2000, he achieved the level of Life Member in the Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club.

Len is approaching his 20th year in the real estate services industry. Fresh from the State University of New York at Buffalo’s School of Management, Len began his career as a Salesperson with Stovroff and Herman Realtors in Buffalo New York in 1988. A wide range of experience in the real estate industry includes residential sales from starter condos to grand estates, multi-family investment property sales and management, on-site residential management and real estate sales office development and administration.
