As a native, fourth-generation Atlantan, Kim Chamlee has watched the city’s phenomenal growth and change. And as a top sales representative for the largest brick supplier in the state, she contributed to some of the city’s most important buildings.

Kim has spent the last 15 years selling brick with Williams Brothers, Blue Circle, Franklin and Palmer Brick. She has worked with the city’s top architects and developers on some of the most prominent edifices in Atlanta, including Piedmont Hospital, Turner Entertainment, Museum Tower at Centennial Park as well as numerous Olympic projects. Prior to launching her career in that industry, she worked as a graphic artist for Grizzard Advertising while attending Georgia State University, where she received her degree in Marketing and Advertising.

Kim’s true passion, however, is real estate, and after years of investing in the Atlanta market, she decided to enter the business as a full-time real estate agent. With her background in commercial properties, she is looking to develop intown opportunities. But she also is dedicating a significant portion of her time to residential real estate. She has invested in and developed numerous residential rental properties and has mastered the intricacies of the Housing Authority’s Section 8 policies and procedures.

Kim lives in Midtown with her husband Robbie and daughter Sidney, their two dogs, Effie and Gigi and their cat Saki.
