David Costrini was raised in Savannah Georgia and came to Atlanta after two years at Roanoke College to complete his B.A. in English Literature at Georgia State University. During his time at Georgia State, he fell in love with Atlanta and all of the incredible intown neighborhoods. Paired with his interest in providing top notch service, he knew a career in real estate was the right fit for him.
David began selling real estate immediately out of college. He specializes in Midtown, Virginia-Highland, Poncey-Highland, and Morningside properties. In the past eight years he has gained experience in serving the needs of both buyers and sellers. He also specializes in offering the unique services required for those new to the Atlanta area.
As a Midtown resident he is committed to the vision of his neighborhood becoming a true urban oasis friendly collectively to local businesses, pedestrians and the coveted green spaces. David believes that the concepts being pursued by the Midtown Alliance will make the neighborhood an incredible place to call home for a melting pot of individuals. Without diversity, no urban area can reach the level that Midtown has its' sights set on.
During his career David has had the opportunity to study with the internationally recognized leaders of the real estate industry. Among them are Howard Brinton, Dr. Fred Grosse, Robert Corcoran and Art and Anna Kleimer. David knows that in this industry knowledge is power and he is ready to put this knowledge to work for you.
David's mission is a simple one: To serve the needs of the intown buyers and sellers at a level exceeding that of all others and to strive to exceed expectations at every opportunity, making the home buying process as enjoyable, easy, and efficient as possible.
When he is not serving his clients, David enjoys running, photography, scuba diving, and yoga.
