EXPERIENCE
Ann has been providing housing services in Atlanta, as a landlord since 1979 and as a full service REALTOR® since 1986, more than double the time most agents stay in the business. She has seen Atlanta become a world class city.

CREDENTIALS
To better serve clients, Ann has achieved the special professional designation, CRS, that only a very small percentage of real estate agents obtain: Certified Residential Specialist.

Ann has other designations: Graduate Realtor’s Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES),and Million Dollar Club.

Ann has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from University of Southern MS and was an Educator in Cobb County for nine years.
